Is at the heart of what we do.  We're a friendly, affable team, but equally efficient and professional.

Clothing that gives something back

We endeavour to support as many worthy causes as possible and promise to sponsor Yoga classes enabling teachers to reach those who may be living in adverse conditions.

Our clothes won’t cost the Earth

No-one's perfect and we've still got work to do, but here are a few things we do to minimise and reverse our contribution to climate change:

*Our office is powered by 100% renewable electricity from British sunshine, wind and rain. and always will be!

* We opt for sea freight.

* We use as little energy as possible in our offices and warehouses.

* We re-use as much packaging as possible.

* We recycle as much of our waste as possible – and have a variety of coloured bins to prove it.

Trading fairly matters

Equally important as happy customers are happy, well looked after suppliers and we only work with suppliers who trade fairly and ethically. In 2015 Karen visited our Chinese suppliers and reported back that the producers of our products were complying with excellent working conditions.

WE INSIST AND HAVE AGREED ON THE FOLLOWING STRICT CODE OF CONDUCT FROM OUR SUPPLIERS

Employment is Freely Chosen

There is no forced or compulsory labour in any form, including bonded, trafficked, or prison labour.

Working Conditions are Safe and Hygienic

Living Wages Are Paid

Wages and benefits paid for a standard working week meet, at a minimum, national legal standards.

Child Labour Shall Not Be Used

There shall be no recruitment of child labour. (Any person less than 15 years of age unless local minimum age law stipulates a higher age for work or mandatory schooling, in which case the higher age shall apply. If however, local minimum age law is set at 14 years of age in accordance with developing country exceptions under ILO Convention No. 138, the lower will apply)

No Harsh or Inhumane Treatment is Allowed

Physical abuse or discipline, the threat of physical abuse, sexual or other harassment and verbal abuse or other forms of intimidation shall be prohibited.

No Discrimination is Practiced

There is no discrimination in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.
