Kay Manby took up yoga to help cope when her husband was diagnosed with cancer, and it helped immensely through his treatment and subsequently to deal with his loss.
Yoga literally transformed her life.
Kay's mentor and teacher was, and still is, Amanda Latchmore and with her encouragement she trained to become a teacher with Yoga Campus qualifying in the summer of 2014.
Kay teaches gentle, restorative yoga as well as vinyasa flow, which is best described as connecting breath to movement working in harmony with the student's needs and abilities. Kay aims to tailor the practice based on individual needs.
Kay is also a Relax & Renew Trainer having studied with Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., PT through Yoga Campus.
